Italian Style Asparagus

What You Need:

1 bunch of washed asparagus with the stalks snapped off
Minced garlic
Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil

Heat skillet to medium and coat with olive oil
Put a flat layer of asparagus in the pan. Make sure it's all touching the pan and not piling on top of each other
Add a teaspoon or two of minced garlic, and some lemon juice if you're feelin fancy
Saute until soft and a browned on the tips and edges
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese while still hot.

Buffalo Chicken Soup

What You Need:

1.5 lbs of shredded cooked chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup cans full of milk
1-1 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot buffalo sauce, depending on how spicy you want it
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Combine all of the above ingredients in a soup pan and cook that shit til it's hot.
Add some garlic powder, salt and pepper and a little ranch or blue cheese dressing if you like.
Whatever turns you on.
